Let's be real here...Pt. 2

Personally who are we to determine what color love is? Why are we quick to kill someone's joy and happiness when they choose to take on a relationship with someone of another color? Actually how come this is not an argument when it is black/hispanic, black/asian, or black/indian? But when it is black/white there is a problem.

They say traits and habits skips generations. And if you check the history it was always the master having sex with the slave. But master's wife did it too. And they would discuss it with their close friends. Yes we have some issues within our race...but what race doesn't have issues? The Jim Crow law set the standard on interactions between blacks and whites at least for the white race it did.

And over all of these years it has become embedded in our inner-being. And I believe this is where most of the anger originates. But is it anger or jealousy? I believe this lady got some exsposure to guys or conversations where the individual was still hurt and grouped all black woman together. If that is the case that is universal. Races group races, men group woman, woman group men, adults group children, young group old, hell for that matter religions group religions. And the sad part is the one that is most vocal is the one that has no clue.

This lady was wrong for assuming based upon an experience that it is like that across the board. Personally I am always going to love my black woman. As a black man it is my responsibility to educate our black woman when it comes to black men and her job to educate me on black woman. But until we are able to come to a place where we can communicate and not recieve it as finger pointing or blaming this is just what we will have in front of us.
